Sometimes your files containing in the pendrive is being hidden by virus or malware. And sometimes it is not possible to retrieve it only by activating hidden files option from tools menu. So it can be a good option to help you here.
Click on "Start" --> Run --> then type cmd and click on OK.
Or Press windows key+r to start run then type cmd and press enter or click on OK.
Assuming your pendrive is H, enter the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:\*.*
Click on "Start" --> Run --> then type cmd and click on OK.
Or Press windows key+r to start run then type cmd and press enter or click on OK.
Assuming your pendrive is H, enter the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:\*.*
